Hello Games teased Frontiers in early August to celebrate No Man's Sky's fifth anniversary but didn't reveal details on the update until today. It's safe to say the No Man's Sky of 2021 isn't the same game it was in 2016. It has added multiplayer, base building, VR, and a lot more, all for free.
